From $750,000 USD Peninsula Quick Stats
In what promises to be a unique riverfront development with categorically urban facilities, Peninsula Vallarta moves earth to create its corner of paradise. This coveted space on the north side of the Pitillal River will offer 26 stories in three oceanfront towers that bring modern Mexican architecture to Vallarta. Created by the DZL Corporation, known for its development in Guadalajara of the Plaza Galerías, the concept combines residency with entertainment. In fact, entertainment, fashion and sports form the triple-edged spear of this company, based on years of marketing and research into the appropriate combination for living in style. Though the architecture is a modern take on developments in Sao Paolo, Hong Kong, Tokyo and, is not left behind in this design conceived by architect Arturo Hernández. Developer Miguel Angel Lemus of Lemmus Master Inmobiliario calls it the newest “icon resort” in Vallarta. In three towers, Peninsula plans to build on only 4% of the 56,000-square-meter lot, with only 1100 being part of the construction area. At the entrance, a public-access mall will face the river in a crescent, providing shopping, dining and other activities, including bingo. Three gourmet restaurants will compete, as well as two bars and a full-service spa. Embraced within the inner curve of the crescent will be a mangrove swamp natural reserve. The remainder of the riverfront will be a walk lined with palms leading to a seaside beach club. A small lake and a sandy play area are also planned. Each tower comprises 100 two- and three-bedroom condominiums. For investors, a complete rental program will be handled by an international hotel company. Each living space will have an unprecedented view, nine by three meters in every direction: the bay, the mountains, the marina and the city. A special steel-concrete hybrid from uses columns guaranteed to withstand tremors, while special Dupont anti-hurricane laminated glass provides the ultimate protection. A covered Infinity pool will be one of the “biggest on the planet” of its type. Over 200,000 square feet of water creates an effect of the building itself being an island. In addition, the 400-meter river frontage and 200-meter beach front allows water to form a major element of this concept.
